· If you wish to return the purchased item, please contact us first. No returns will be accepted without our approval. Return request must be initiated by the buyer within 14-days from delivery date.
· Please check the item condition when the package is delivered to your door, act immediately to refuse package if you find any damage or cracks on the parts, then have the post office deliver them back to us, we will continue to process the re-shipping after the return package is received.
· In case of return, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
· We are only responsible for the damage during the shipment and if you received the wrong item. Buyer must provide "photo proof" for these issues to be able to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
· We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to purchased item during or after installation.
· All items must be returned in the same condition as we shipped them to you. Appropriate restocking fee will be charged, if items are returned damaged, have been used or have missing parts.
